Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Do not return an item without written authorization. Printing-press parts are technical products, and eligibility depends on identification, condition, customization and whether the item has been installed or energized.
Before shipment
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Standard in-stock items may be cancellable before dispatch. Custom-made, sourced-to-order, modified or specially procured items may become non-cancellable after work or procurement begins.
Incorrect or damaged item supplied by DANALI
If we supplied an item materially different from the accepted order, or it arrived damaged, notify us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item, reference markings, labels, packaging and damage. We will assess repair, replacement, return or refund options.
Customer identification error or change of mind
If the customer supplied an incorrect reference, machine detail or specification, any return requires prior approval. The customer may be responsible for return freight, outbound freight, duties, payment costs and a reasonable inspection or restocking deduction. Approval is not guaranteed.
Items normally ineligible for return
- custom-made, cut-to-size, programmed or specially modified items;
- items that have been installed, used, energized, contaminated, altered or damaged;
- electrical or electronic parts with broken seals or evidence of connection;
- consumables with opened or damaged packaging;
- items returned without authorization or sufficient identification; and
- clearance or used items described as final sale in the accepted order.
Return procedure
Email DanaliParts@outlook.com with the order number, reason, photographs and requested resolution. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be securely packed and returned in the approved condition. Sending an item back does not by itself guarantee a refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued after inspection, normally to the original payment method. Bank, PayPal, currency-conversion, duty and shipping amounts that are not recoverable by DANALI may be excluded where permitted and disclosed.
