Order processing

Processing begins after order acceptance, cleared payment and any required compatibility, export or address checks. Stock indicators and lead times are not delivery guarantees.

Shipping quotations

Freight may depend on weight, dimensions, destination, product type and carrier availability. If checkout cannot calculate a reliable international rate, we will confirm freight before accepting the order.

Delivery estimates

Dispatch and transit estimates exclude customs inspections, force majeure, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and destination restrictions. Tracking is supplied when available.

Customs, taxes and import responsibility

Unless the confirmed Incoterm or quotation states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import licences, duties, taxes, brokerage and local compliance.

Address changes

Request changes immediately. A change is not effective until confirmed and may be impossible after dispatch.

Inspection and damage

Inspect packaging and products promptly. Preserve packaging, labels and photographs and contact danaliparts@outlook.com promptly if items are missing, damaged or incorrect. Carrier deadlines may apply.

Split shipments

Orders may ship in parts only when commercially appropriate and confirmed. Additional freight will not be charged without agreement where such agreement is required.
