OEM and aftermarket status

A product is not represented as OEM Genuine unless the listing expressly says so and the sourcing claim can be supported. “Compatible,” “replacement” and similar wording describe an independent aftermarket product.

Fitment verification

Brand and model alone may be insufficient. Part number, machine serial, unit position, dimensions, connector details and authorized old-part images may be required. Customers must review the confirmed specification before ordering and use qualified personnel for installation.

Changes and substitutions

Manufacturers may revise parts and machines. No substitution will be treated as accepted unless reflected in the confirmed commercial documents or approved by the customer where required.
