These terms govern use of the website, requests for quotation and orders accepted by Shanghai Donali Technology Co., Ltd.. A quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation or separately signed agreement may contain additional or different terms.<\/p>\n

2. Product information and compatibility<\/h2>\n

References to press brands and models describe intended compatibility only. Customers must provide accurate part numbers, machine models, serial numbers, dimensions and authorized images where requested. Similar appearance does not establish compatibility. No fitment is confirmed until expressly stated in writing.<\/p>\n

3. Quotations and order acceptance<\/h2>\n

Website listings and RFQ responses are invitations to order, not guaranteed offers. An order is accepted only when confirmed by us. We may reject or cancel an order for pricing, stock, compliance, fraud, export, compatibility or payment reasons and will address any captured payment according to the payment provider\u2019s process.<\/p>\n

4. Prices, taxes and duties<\/h2>\n

Returns require prior authorization and are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy and the applicable quotation. Fitment-sensitive, customized, installed, used, electrical, clearance or specially sourced items may be non-returnable except where mandatory law or an accepted defect claim applies.<\/p>\n

8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

Website content, DANALI branding and original materials may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification or compatibility.<\/p>\n
